This policy applies to professional services provided under a written agreement. The website itself does not sell products or take payments online.
Proposals and agreements
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement specifying scope, fees, schedule, and cancellation terms. Where an agreement contains specific terms, those terms take precedence over this policy.
Cancellation before work begins
You may cancel an engagement before work begins by notifying us in writing. Any amounts paid in advance for work not yet performed will be refunded, less any non-refundable costs disclosed in the agreement.
Cancellation during an engagement
If an engagement is cancelled after work has started, fees are payable for work performed up to the cancellation date. Prepaid amounts for work not performed will be refunded.
Rescheduling
Scheduled activities such as training sessions or testing windows may be rescheduled by agreement with reasonable notice.
